Extended driving log and 60-day rule
In addition to the normal features of our electronic driving log, the plus subscription also includes several advanced features for editing it:
- Create trips – for example, if you have driven a different car for a single day.
- Split trips – manually divide trips if you have driven for separate purposes without turning off the ignition.
- Splice trips – manually join trips if you have had short stops with the ignition off along the way.
- Delete trips – for example, if there are small trips that are not relevant.
Additionally, you get access to features that help you or your employees automatically keep track of the 60-day rule. There can be significant savings by fully utilizing the 60-day rule, but it requires keeping a close eye on how many days you have driven to or from work at specific job addresses in the last 12 months.
TrackMe can automatically register this based on GPS data and warn via email or SMS when you approach 60 days of driving to the same workplace. This makes it easy to optimize the benefits for both the employer and the employee.
Integrations and API
With the plus subscription, you also have the option to retrieve data about your vehicles via API or have the data seamlessly integrated into third-party systems with automated integrations.
API access can be used, for example, to pull your trackers’ positions or mileage data into your own systems.
Third-party integrations provide an easy way to automatically use your tracker data in, for example, your existing financial system. Integrations open up a multitude of possibilities. For instance, you can automatically invoice customers for time or distance traveled in your vehicles.
You can create multiple users regardless of which subscription you have – allowing secure access for, for example, family members or specific employees.
If you have many devices to manage, you may also need many employees or customers to have access to the system. You can create up to a total of 5 user accounts on the standard subscription, but if you need more, it requires a plus subscription.
